Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MakeupAI app ("App") provided by AtaForge Inc.. By using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

MakeupAI lets you try makeup looks on your photos with artificial intelligence, get an AI skin and face analysis, and receive beauty suggestions. Results are generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and are for entertainment and general information only. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You can delete your account at any time in the App.

3. Your photos and acceptable use

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
Do not upload photos of children, nudity, or illegal, hateful or infringing content, and do not use the App to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass the limits of the App.

You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them, including with our AI providers, only to provide the App to you. Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Free credits and subscriptions

New accounts receive a limited number of free credits for a limited time. Premium subscriptions remove those limits, subject to fair-use limits that protect the service.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are billed to that account. They renew automatically at the price shown before purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Ads

Non-subscribers may see ads provided by Google AdMob.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AtaForge Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

8. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, these terms are between you and AtaForge Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, these terms prevail to the extent permitted. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
